HOTEL POLICY AND PROCEDURE
Assalamu Alaikom! Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Palacio de Quiapo Inn & Transient. To our Dear Hotel Guest(s), below are hotel policies and procedures; read and understand them carefully. By reading and signing your hotel registration form you are agreeing to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.

Check In
Check-in time is anytime after 2:00 p.m. but not guaranteed, depending on room availability and guest occupancy. If arriving earlier, we will be pleased to assist and store your luggage until your room is ready. Guests will be required to present a valid form of identification upon check-in. However, guests may stay for a maximum of 5 days, with the option to re-check-in if permitted by hotel staff, following hotel policies and procedures.

Check Out
Check-out is strictly before or at 12:00 noon. However, if you desire / require a late check-out, please see and contact us before 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure and we will do our best to heed / accommodate your request. A charge may apply depending on time status and availability as well as room rate preferences.

Cash Payment
Hotel Guest will be required to pay the full amount of the room rate per day basis. If the Guest(s) does not pay the room rate per day, then we will humbly ask to remind and collect the due amount to our Dear Guest as part of hotel policies and procedures.

Debit/Credit Card
The Debit/Credit Cards are accepted at check-in counter. However, the hotel will be charging and collecting the full amount of your stay up to your departure date.

Visitor Policy
For the protection of our Guest(s), visitor(s) will be allowed to stay inside the room not beyond at 11:00 p.m. only.

Extra Person Policy
There are maximum numbers of people allowed in each room depending on room type preferences. One (1) person is allowed to stay in each room with a charged fee equivalent to half room rate type. If more than one (1) person staying in the room, the same charged will be applied.

Cancellation Policy
All Hotel's room reservation have a cancellation policy which was noted at the time the booking was made. Any cancellation must be confirmed personally or in writing with an authorization letter, if the second person appeared. Any reservations made are refundable but a certain charged of cancellation fee will be applied on room type preferences.

Room leaving Policy
The Hotel Guest is requested to please turn off or switch off any electrical, electronic devices / appliances, especially the lights and the air-conditioner unit when leaving the room, to maintain and ensure the safety of all Guest at all times and the Hotel as well.

Room Cleaning Policy
Every day the Hotel is obliged to clean the Guest room based on thier routine schedule conducted by Hotel staffs but to be observed and watched by responsible Guest to avoid any items / articles that may lost.

Pet Policy
All pets are prohibited in every corner of the Hotel premises. It must be observed strictly!

Minimum Age Policy
The minimum age for young Guests to stay with us who are unaccompanied by parents or guardians is 18 years of age, unless supported by valid reasons and documents if she/he is alone or Muslim couple.

Children Policy
Only up to 2 children of underage below 12 years of old will allow to stay for free in the same room with parents or legal guardians as long as they share the bed with adults.

No Cooking inside the room Policy
Cooking inside the room is stricly prohibited to avoid any incident since electric consumption capacity in each room is calculate limited only.

Food and Drink Policy
All Hotel Guests are requested to use trash bin properly in each room for proper disposal to maintain cleanliness in every room.

Washing of Cloth / Dress,etc.
Hotel Guest(s) are refrained from washing their cloth / dress inside their room as part of Hotel policies and procedures.

Keys
A P200.00 well be charged to replace the lost key or when damaged by responsible Guest.

Damages
Guests are solely responsible for the conditions of their room during their stay. Any damages of the facilities caused by a group or individual will be responsible and be charged automatically to the person accomodated.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strickly prohibited mostly in all areas including all Guest rooms, since all rooms are air-conditioned type unit. It might be dangerous and health hazardous to smoke inside the room. However, smoking is allowed only in Hotel's certain designated areas.

Privacy Policy
Quiet and Silence in every Hotel's corner must be observed at all times. Avoid creating noise to give privacy and better relaxation to others.

Ameneties
All rooms are fully air-conditioned with LED T.V. and cable line as well as free WIFI.Hotel's items included pillows, blanket, bed sheet, towels slippers and bath soap are provided.

Firearms / Explosive Devices / Dangerous Weapon
Any Firearms / Explosive Devices / Dangerous Weapons is strictly prohibited inside the Hotel premises or else must be handed and deposited to the Security Guard for safekeeping and proper handling to ensure the safety and protection of all Guest(s) and further more avoid any harm that may causes infliction to all Hotel Guest and the Hotel premises as well.

Wine / Liquor and illegal Drugs
Since this establishment is operated and managed by a Muslim. Therefore, based on Islamic principles / Ethics, It is Haram and probihited to any individuals to bring any forms of Liquor or Illegal Drugs inside the hotel. Even the person who is influenced with it will not be tolerated.

Safety and Security
24 hours assigned Security Guard as well as monitored and protected by CCTV cameras mostly in every corner of the building to ensure and guarantee the safety of every Guest and everyone Insha Allah!
I have read and understand the Hotel Policies and Procedures as stated above. Therefore, I agree to abide and impose the same to my Companion(s) / Visitor(s) who will be staying with me or visiting me while I am billeted at the Palacio de Quiapo Inn and Transient.
